Caringbah 2025 Open Pennant Round 2 Review
Round 2 of the Pennant season showed the commitment and depth of talent within the Caringbah Bowls Club this year. Despite facing formidable opponents, our teams performed well across all grades.
Grade 3
In a thrilling encounter, Morefield’s narrowly defeated Caringbah with a final score of 53-52, securing the points 9-1. The match was intensely competitive, reflecting the high calibre of play from both sides.
Grade 5
Caringbah triumphed in the local derby against South Cronulla, achieving a commendable 58-50 victory and earning 9.5-0.5 points. This success is a testament to the team’s collaborative effort.
Grade 7
In another closely contested match, Engadine Black edged out Caringbah with a 57-55 win, taking the points 9-1. The determination displayed by our Grade 7 team exemplifies the club’s spirit & never say die attitude.

Looking Ahead to Round 3
As we prepare for the upcoming matches, our teams are now ready to build on the experiences of Round 2:

• Grade 5: Home game hosting Cronulla.
• Grade 7: Home fixture against Cronulla White.
We encourage all members to participate in social bowls and pennant training at Sylvania on Thursday, fostering camaraderie and practicing our skills for the matches ahead.
