Caringbah Bowling Club 2024/25 Singles Championships
Today, Caringbah Bowling Club witnessed two thrilling finals that concluded the 2024/25 Major and Minor Singles Championships, with high-caliber performances that kept an enthusiastic crowd enthralled throughout the day.
The Major Singles final saw David Supple and Mark Willey face off in a match of exceptional quality, with spectators treated to some great bowls, as both players delivered shots that shifted the match, end after end. Ultimately, David Supple prevailed, claiming the Major Singles Championship with a well-earned 25–18 victory.
Congratulations to David Supple on becoming the 2024/25 Champion.
In the Minor Singles final, John Hedison took on Rebecca Turnbull in what proved to be another fantastic encounter. Played with wonderful sportsmanship, both players showcased the talent and determination of worthy finalists. John Hedison showed his remarkable consistency and control, running out a 25 –12 winner to secure the Minor Singles Championship.
The club extends its congratulations to both champions, David Supple and John Hedison, for their outstanding achievements, as well as to all participants, markers umpires & members who helped make the 2024/25 Singles Championships a great success.
