Caringbah Crowned 2024/25 Metro South East Region Grade 3 Pennant Champions
On Sunday at Taren Point Bowling Club, Caringbah Bowling Club delivered an inspired performance to claim the 2024/25 Metro South East Region Grade 3 Open State Pennant, defeating a talented Western Suburbs Leagues Club side 67 to 50 .
Played in trying conditions—with gusty winds, intermittent rain, and bone-chilling cold—it was a day that demanded resilience and focus. The Rams rose to the occasion with passion and pride. Every player contributed to what was a complete team effort, and the result was a well-deserved victory.
We extend our congratulations to all players and team management for this remarkable achievement. Your hard work and belief in each other have taken our club to new heights. This victory is a true testament to your teamwork, and camaraderie that has grown throughout the season.
A special thank you to the loyal Rams supporters who braved the wind, rain, and cold to stand strong behind the team. Your presence on the sidelines meant a great deal to the players, and your cheers cut through the weather to lift the spirits of everyone in Rams colours. This win belongs to you all as much as it does to the players.
We also thank Western Suburbs Leagues Club for a hard-fought, respectful, and sportsmanlike contest. You were gracious opponents, and the spirit in which the match was played is a credit to your club.
The journey doesn’t stop here. As Metro South East Region champions, Caringbah will now head to Yamba, NSW at the end of June to represent the region in the Grade 3 NSW Bowls State Open Pennant Finals. We wish our Rams the very best of luck as they prepare to take on the best in the state on the big stage. With this momentum, team spirit, and club support behind them, there’s no limit to what they can achieve.
