We are proud to extend our congratulations to Caringbah Bowls Club member, Mr. George Mavros, on achieving his accreditation as a National Umpire. George recently undertook the rigorous Bowls Australia Lawn Bowls Umpires course and passed with flying colors, demonstrating his dedication, knowledge, and passion for the sport.
In his ongoing commitment to excellence, George also attended the Metro South East Bowls Region Marking Course this week to further enhance his knowledge and skills in officiating. This additional training underscores his dedication to maintaining the highest standards in umpiring and ensuring fair play across all levels of competition.
George’s achievement is a significant milestone, not only for him personally but also for our club. His expertise will be invaluable as we look forward to welcoming him to the new greens at Caringbah, where he will play a crucial role in officiating our club championships and events.
