Subject: Details for the Upcoming AGM
Dear Members,
We are pleased to provide the details for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and look forward to your attendance.
Meeting Information
• Date and Time: Entry to the club will be available from 9:30 AM.
• Location: The AGM will take place at Miranda RSL Club in the Kenna North meeting room on Level 3 of the club.
• Access to Meeting Room: You can use either the lift or the stairs to reach the meeting room.
Entry and Parking Options
Option 1:
• Enter through the front door on The Kingsway.
• Limited street parking is available on The Kingsway and surrounding side streets.
Option 2:
• There is a parking station at the back of the club on Penprase Lane.
• If you park here, please bring your ticket with you. The Miranda RSL will validate your ticket, allowing you to park for free.
• Entry to the club from the parking station is through the Fitness First door.
Post-Meeting Hospitality
As a gesture of appreciation for your participation, the Board will be shouting the bar for those in attendance at the conclusion of the meeting. We encourage you to join us for a drink and the opportunity to connect with fellow members.
